Moved to stand didnt canceled contract no squash c

I moved from Table View to strand and wanted to move my contract so i called the help line.
The play allot of squash and loved the courts in table view but to my suprize the are no squash couts at the strand Virgin Active so the was no real point singning a new contract.
I now years later recieve a sms from a credit company that i have been handed over.
Want my name cleared as i never gave anybody the permission to debit my account for strand virgin active nor did i sign a new contract.
