I have been utterly in the dark as to why my vitality has not been activated on my Planet Fitness account and I am still paying the full fees. Thabo was exceptionally helpful in providing me with an explanation, references etc and really made an effort to get back to me within minutes after I sent him replies on his emails - every time.
