I went to the gym at Hennopark. In May I went to Montana.
They told that they have a new system and that this might take a while.
Suddenly I get a sms that state that my account is in arrears.
I did not ask to extend my contract after July (end of the contract) they assumed that this was what i wanted.
I called them more than 4 times. Just to hear the system is off (The system doesnt work after all this time) but they will call me back. and they never did. Why must I pay for a service that I don't even use? And why don't they get back to me?
This is the poorest service that I've ever seen.
