I joined planet fitness over 6 months ago and have had nothing but trouble from the start.
I couldnt enter the gym for the first 2 months of my contract as my tag was not issued, I spoke to a number of people, called the call centre and emailed the customer care centre but heard nothing.
Then when I finally recieved my tag, i still couldnt enter the club as the system showed my account was in arrears when in fact my account was fully paid.
I have now been trying for over 4 months to get them to sort the system out but again have had no luck and can still not enter the gym!
