I joined Planet Fitness Witbank in April, and decided to cancel the membership within the 5day cooling period. My account was not debited at the end of April so I assumed that the cancellation was a success. However, end of May my account was debited, I reversed the payment and went to the club to inquire and Brandon helped me and said they will refund me my R400 admin fee. End of June my account was debited again and I reversed the payment again. Today, I receive an sms saying that my account is in arrears.
Planet fitness needs to sort out their admin because I never even received a tag to access the club, I cancelled before I was given the tag. I am furious!!!
