Receptionist not allowing memeber access

The recieptionaist at CEnturion Gate denied me access to the gyn and even refuaed to enter or search for ne on rhwir system and yet other members were opened for.

I find it sad that in 2013 in South Africa people are discriminated on because of their origin and yet we all pay the same for the service rendered by the gym.

Its people like this that make it easier to move to the competirion because of their bad attitude towards customers.
