I am extremely disgusted at the service I have received from Plant fitness. I took a membership with Planet fitness Rosebank on 28 May 2013. I paid a deposit of R2400 on the same day. It was then agreed that as standard practice the balance will be debited off my account in two equal instalments at the end of June and July.
To my surprise my account was debited again on 3 June 2013 and it has been a battle to get my refund back! I have gone back and forth for the past two weeks and still have not received my refund! No one at Planet fitness Rosebank can help me and the lines ring unanswered at the head office. What's worse is that the club agrees that I should not have been double debited but no one can help!
