I would like to complain about my debit order for Virgin Active. The arrangement and as per my contract, the debit order must go off around the 1st of every month. Today it came off - 12 DAYS LATER! What if I didn't have the money to pay you? You would be the first to contact me. So you just decide when it's convenient for you to take off the money? The agreed date was at the beginning of the month. If this happens again, I will change my banking details and you will no longer receive any payment from me. At least try to be professional please... like Planet Fitness.
