National Membership Not working anymore!

I signed up at Centurion Mega Club, I upgraded a while back to national membership, all was fine.
I mostly gym at the Hennopsview club, but now my tag is not working anymore, I asked them to check my tag and they say it's a blank tag or something and there is no info, so I phoned Centurion Mega Club as requested by the Hennopsview staff, the Centurion Mega club then told me all is fine with my account and that she would log a call for me to get the tag fixed, she said it will take 24hours, well it's been more than 48hours and guess what... Still a blank tag and I can enter! It's embarrassing for me when people look at you and my tag doesn't work! And now I have lost 6 days' worth of Discovery Vitality points as well. I want this fixed now! If this is a problem cancel EVERYTHING and I will not pay for anything further and will join virgin active and not have any more issues! And another thing, when I signed up at planet fitness I never received any welcome gift like a gym bag or anything, but other people did?!?!? that is horrific.
And no one has phoned me regarding the logged call to let me know it will take so many hours or if it's fixed or what the problem is.
Fix this now!
