I did discuss this problem with Getrude and Lyden Mega Club Centurion and Mpho Ramokopelwa (Head office JHB).
They promised to correct this problem for the last 4 months and nothing has happened. Mpho Ramokopelwa promised that one of the Managers from the JHB Head office will call back but nothing has happened.
The issue is for a transfer me as a member to Hennops Park and refund me for the incorrect deduction from my bank account. Forms were completed for transfer 2 months ago, i did complain on the Planet Fitness web site with no response and the probleb has still not been resolved. P L E A S E H E L P!!!
