I feel like i have signed a death contract by signing up with Planet Fitness. I joined the gym through what they called Virgin Swarp since i had an existing contract with Bodylab gym in Pretoria. The kind of service i received during December time 2013 really embarassed me and left me with no decision that to go back to my Bodylad gym leaving planet fitness. For the whole of December i never attended their gym neither did i used their services, but come monthend they deducted full amount from my account.
I asked them to terminate my contract and i would give them notice but they told me to pay a lumpsum my salary won't even reach.
From January up to now June i never used their services and now someone is calling me telling me to pay R1500.00 or else i will be blacklisted??? How can i pay for defected service??
