I was training near the smithson machine at virgin active kingspark. I put the fan on due to there being no aircon because of the renovations.about 10 minutes later an african gentleman came to train at the smithson and proceded to turn the fan off. I then turned it back on and he told me to keep it off I said no its hot and no aircons, we need fans on! I turned it on again and he turned it off.then I went there and he blocked me telling me he has flu and needs it off.so I said if you have flu then go home but just cause you sick we must not all suffer.he then pushed me when I turned fan on again and said that I must just try! he said I must wait till he is done! I then called Management downstairs and they followed me upstairs and then with them behind me I turned on fan again which I was then pushed a second time with more force! I was then led downstairs by virgin staff when I lost my temper.virgin staff did not even question the african gentleman or call him downstairs they allowed him to carry on training.when camera's clearly showed I was there first
