I PAID MONEY AND DID NOT RECEIVE THE SERVICE

I REGISTERED AND APPLIED FOR A GYM ACCOUNT WITH ZONEFITNESS AT THE ST GEORGES CLUB IN CBD CAPE TOWN, BUT DUE TO RELOCATION FROM TOWN TO TYGERVALLEY, BELLVILLE I THEN DECIDED TO JOIN RATHER THE CLUB IN WILLOWBRIDGE. WHEN I WENT THERE THEY TOLD ME THAT IN ORDER TO JOIN THE CLUB SINCE I AM ALREADY AN EXISTING MEMBER I MUST DO A TRANSFER FROM THE ST GEORGES CLUB TO THEM AND THE ADMINISTRATION FEE FOR THE TRANSFER/UPGRADE WILL BE A SUM OF R150.00. I PAID THE AMOUNT ON THE SPOT AT THE RECEPTION VIA MY BANK CARD AS THEY HAD INFORMED THAT THEY ARE ABLE TO CONTACT THE OTHER CLUB AND HANDLE THE TRANSACTION FOR ME SMOOTHLY. THAT WAS ON A 28TH OF OCTOBER 2013. A WEEK WENT BY AND STILL THEY HAD NOT INFORMED ME, THEY KEPT ON TELLING ME THAT IT IS STILL IN PROGRESS EVEN THOUGH EVERY TIME I CHECKED MY NAME DID NOT COME UP ON THE SYSTEM. WEEKS WENT BY AND THE ST GEORGES CLUB CONTACTED ME WONDERING WHY HAD I NOT PAID MY GYM ACCOUNT AND IT IS NOW OUTSTANDING, I TOLD THEM I HAD DONE A TRANSFER AND BY END OF MONTH OF OCTOBER IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE WITHOUT MY ACC AT THE OTHER CLUB FALLING INTO ARREARS. IT IS NOW DECEMBER AND MY ACC IS STILL IN ARREARS AND THE TRANSFER HAS NOT BEEN DONE.
