Numerous e-mails later and Virgin Active still does not get their act together to provide the most basic of service. They keep on contradicting themselves, the quality of their responses are bitterly poor, and seems to be not interested in addressing core customer service issues. It might just be better to cancel all my memberships with them than to deal with these incompetent fools. Live Happily Ever Active proves to be a much greater challenge than what they even realise...
