Virgin Active Classic Ignore Member Complaints
The club is being maintained terribly. I am a regular attendee of the spinning classes and the sound have been complaining about the sound for over a year. Last year when Richard was club manager he attempted to assist but nothing has materialised. Then this year after we the members complained again the issue was attended to but it has NOT been resolved. The treble is terrible the sound is almost worse than a week ago. Why don't you get rid of the Bose speakers and replace them with the kind of speakers that are present at Kings Park. Please go across on a Saturday morning at 7:30am and listen to what proper sound is. Music is an vital component of any spinning class and you guys seem to keep ignoring this issue. Furthermore the mic has not been working for the past week resulting in those of us in the back of the class not being able to hear the instructor. Is this not dangerous for both members and instructors? We are supposed to be attending a premium club but the maintenance of the club and your ability to attend to members complaints is shocking.
