Virgin Active is a disgrace in the customer service industry. Memberships get cancelled without informing the member and you are told its the system that does that "using system as escape goat for poor communication. This is a clear money making scheme from Virgin Active, never again will I subscribe, be aware and make sure it doesn't happen to u or else find an alternative fitness club that focuses on quality for customers, NOT Virgin Active. They promised to come back to me when I registered my complaint a week ago and still today no feedback.
