I joined Virgin Active Sunningdale when they we still busy building it, upon signing my contract I was promised that I could later change my contract to the Discovery Keyfit option.
I have been struggling since end of March for them to help me to change my contract and have been promised by the Membership Manager a refund, who now don't even answers any of my mails!
I feel deeply disappointed by the Virgin Active team and think it best to cancel my contract with them.
