WORST SERVICE EVER!

I opened a membership on the 31.11.2012 on Discovery's Keyfit, paid R475.00 once-off activation fee, R100.00 for my membership card, the very next day my monthly fee of R134 something went off my bank account as well. My plan details have since been upgraded effective 01.01.2013. Changing has affected my contract, when I spoke to the sales rep in December he said I must come in once I am active on Vitality and then we can sort it out. I went in January, and was told that I should contact my medical aid to let Virgin active head office know that they should change my details. My medical aid then said they don't do that and If the gym cannot accommodate me I will have to take out a whole new contract and pay R975.00 once off activation fee and R100.00 for my membership card. this was ridiculous as I just paid all that money on the 31.11.12 for 1month membership??? I have been to the gym 3 times since then to sort this out. Today 06.02.2013 being my 3rd time, I sat waiting for a sales rep (as the initial person who sold me my contract was out of office) for 40min, after complaining, I waited a further 13min for the sales Manager! Quick to sell you their product with NO AFTER SALES!!!
