I accompanied a friend to virgin active in TRAMSHED, next thing Tshepiso convinces me to sign up a membership with them not explaining to me and making me understand that I will have to pay for every month for 12 months whether I use their facility or not.
not even once id I ever make use of their facility because I could not get a chance to due to my nature of work and I stopped paying them and now they have handed me over to their debt collectors.
how on earth do you make someone sign up a contract that binds them to make regular payments for a certain amount of period without unknowingly. I mean I cannot for something that I have never used before???
Virgin Active is just out there to milk money that they did not even render a service for, what is there for me to pay if i did not use your facilities, not even once?
