Virgin Active is blocking me to enter after paying

My fiance joined virgin active in the last week of June..Long story short the consultant explained to me that the next payment will only be at the end of July..Since the beginning of the month everytime, The screen blocks her from entering when swiping her card. The arrears amount of R344.Now the MONEY has been paid into virgin active account via EFT 2013-07-23 I have faxed through the Proof of payment!! It is now Thursday the 2013-07-25 and is still showing the same problem I have spoken to Gideon at Head office and Jack at the Hazeldean club Head office is telling me that the problem is at Hazeldean and Hazeldean says the problem is at head office..!!! My blood is boiling I want this to be sorted out!!! I have moved her memebership to Menlyn today. They told me over the telephone this will take 2 working days?? Please just sort this out, as I can see your system is rubbish
