I cancelled my membership on Friday the 18/01/2013, at the Bedford Club and I was assisted by Sinethemba (her name tag had no surname on).
She gave me a form to fill up and told me that someone from Head Office would contact me.
I contacted the club several times and speaking to different receptionist but I did not get anywhere.
I went to the club after 2 months and had to fill another form as they lost the original one I filled. There was also no manager on duty that day.
My account has been debited from January until this day. I have not been to the Planetiftess Gym since early January but why am I paying!
