I am sick and tired of paying for my monthly gym fee and my club has been closed for 4 months now due to a fire. I have only received one sms 3 months ago saying that there was a fire and that the club will be closed. 4 Months down the line the club is still closed due to insurance issues with the centre it is located at, Cobble walk. That is NOT my problem. I demand a refund for the 4 months and I want to cancel my membership with immediate effect. To top everything off, there is no contact number on their website, only a contact form... fill it out and still nobody calls you back. PATHETIC. I will discourage anyone to join.
Virgin Active is by far more professional and attentive. There is no way I am going to drive all the way to Aurora to gym. If I don't receive a response asap I am going to the papers.
