Bad Service

On December the 27th I called in to the call centre to freeze my account cause I was going to Lesotho. I told them I will call them to reactivate my account. I have never called since then to reactivate. I have never been to the gym since then. Now the tell me I owe close to R2000 while I was not using the facilities? I think of going for planet fitness, & I was client with them while the were still Health and Recquet but such service is pathetic cause I told I will be called after call retrieval, I have never recieved anything from them even a voice mail @ least, VERY UNHAPPY client, The next thing they send the e-mail stating that my subscription is going up without resolving my problem
