I received a mail from Planet Fitness informing me that my membership has lapsed, this despite me being a Discovery Vitality member with 81 gym visits this year. I called the call centre yesterday and was promised a call back, which didn't happen. When I called the head office at 08h15 this morning, the voice mail informed me that I should call during office hours, which starts at 08h00! How on earth can I resolve the issue with such service?
