Such a bad bad service

Oh the 20 November i cancelled Vitality for my self and the beneficiary on my medical aid as well Ayanda Mbhele-Hadebe because of bad service i have experienced over the years. I called plannet fitness fourways and told them i would like to cancel my gym membership as from 30 November and they told me to send an e-mail to reception. After 2 e-mails later to call and be told they dont do cancellations i must speak to Renee. After 2 calls later to call and be told by Renee on e-mail that she do cancellations i must call some number. Which i called gave them the Vitality cancellation reference numbers abd they told me membership is cancelled for end November. But end November they continue to deduct for December after the membership is supposed to be cancelled. What kind of service is that? No one even bothers to call me and let me know what is happening.

It is such bad service that is one of the reasons that is making me and my dependent to leave Vitality, Discovery and Planet Fitness
