I called the Club to cancel my membership. Pinkie told me to cancel with Vitality and not with the club. I told her its cancelled with them and they adviced I should cancel with the club. She refused to assist. I sent her numerous mail and she gives me a silent treatment. I sent mail to Annalise (Cgm) and still no reply.
Finally on 3 Nov I got hold of Analise who promised to check with her Head Office why my account is not cancelled, she never came back. Today when I call Fourways I'm told she has left for Rivonia. I left another message, still no one called me
Planet Fitnes deducted R222 from my Bank account and to date (For a Month and half) no one is willing to help me from Planet Fitness Fourways
