After having tried on multiple occasions to get in touch with this company I am now fed up.
I requested two new pedals for a Trojan Hornet 2 exercise bike. I got a quote and requested banking details for the company so that I can pay them and have a courier collect the parts as their courier charges are ridiculously high at ZAR300.00. I requested that they contact me either via sms or e-mail as I cannot take calls during work hours and their quotes come through via sms anyway so this clearly should not have been a problem.
After 2 months I am yet to receive a response. And I am yet to receive my pedals.
Does M5 not want the business? Or are you just not interested in my little ZAR80.00 problem?
Unfortunately I cannot get the parts from anyone else. Obviously I will now have to pay for the parts and courier but I have no idea why as this type of service is just shocking.
As a final attempt to try and get these parts I have unfortunately had to resort to HelloPeter as this is clearly the only way to get a response from M5 Sports Group. Sad but obviously true.
