After i bought my spin bike 150 from macro i developed a problem with the pedals. i contacted the M5 sports suppliers and they collected my bike to be fixed 20/09/2013. i received it back 21/10/2013. used it once and the same peddle broke again. on Tuesday I called the team again and spoke to Ayanda, she arranged for my bike to be looked at next Tuesday at my house. On Wednesday I spoke to her again trying to arrange for the fix to happen after hours since I work full time. I spoke to a manager twice and he told me twice he will call me right back to try to arrange for a tech. I am still waiting for his reply and I do not intent to have paid for a spin bike that has been broken longer than in working condition since I got it. The company had it for a month to fix it, it is not, and I do not want to wait another month or longer to use my bike again
