I purchased a Quad Bike from Groupon, which was delivered without all the parts. The battery and other parts were missing. I then requested them to pick up the bike and send another one. Instead they sent the parts that were missing. However when I put on the parts on the bike. It still wouldnt start. There was possibly other parts missing as well.
Thereafter I experienced the worst possible Customer Service i have encountered in my life. I dealt with apparently a Team Supervisor Nazley Bastra, who advised that the bike would be picked up and a refund would be processed. This was in Early December. They then never sent the instruction to the courier company. The bike was only collected 3 weeks later after numerous lengthy calls and emails from myself. I begged Nazley to please correspond with me to advise me what was going on. Eventually after spending about 40 minutes of waiting on a call, I got her to send me an email confirming that the refund would be processed within 10 working days. This has since expired and i have had no contact with Nazley. I send emails begging for a response or a call back and there's just no response from her.
