Hats off to Trojan (M5 Sports Group)

In January 2012, I called the M5 Sports Group to report a faulty Trojan Iron Man 500 treadmill. As promised, they picked up the treadmill and replaced the motor, front rollers and running mat. However, within 2 weeks I had other problems. This pattern continued for a whole year; with them picking up the treadmill and repairing it and replacing parts at no additional cost to me. Finally in February this year, they replaced the running deck and mat (approximately 4th time) and finally I the treadmill is in good working order again.

Mine was a very difficult case, but the M5 Sports Group proved that they value service excellence and that the customer is important. I would recommend that anyone who is considering investing in home gym equipment, buy the Trojan brand. They really deliver on their promises unlike Verimark products such as the Orbitrek, where there is absolutely no Customer Care System or spare parts for sale; implying that the product is useless once it breaks down.

If like me, you don't have money to splurge, but wish to invest in your health, then Trojan is the answer. Thank you to all the staff that assisted me; Anil; Sujeeth, Sanele, Brandon and Pete
