I ordered and paid for a safety key for a Trojan treadmill on the 17th of May 2013. I did not mind paying the courier charge of R300 since I was assured that the key would be delivered within 72 hours. It is the 23rd of March and I still haven't received my order. After various calls and emails to Lisa van Zyl I have not received any response! If I call, I am told that she is out of the office and my emails remain unanswered. I have left messages urging her to call me back or to make a plan but NOTHING has happened.
It this really this company's idea of customer service? Is answering a phone or replying to an email too much of an effort? I certainly hope that I receive the product I have paid for soon, this is the least M5 can do!
