Poor service/response

I bought a Trojan Xcite 450 Eliptical trainer on 10 July 2009 from Game, Tygervalley. One month later the monitor on the machine broke and the machine could not adjust resistance. M5 Sports responded well and fixed the problem. But shortly afterwords the machine started to make the most horrific noises. Nobody could watch TV or sleep when I was exercising although everything seemed to work perfect! I stop using the machine for about a year doing alternative exercise. In 2011 I start using it again and to my surprise the noises disappeared. In November 2011 they were back and something sounded seriously wrong. I contacted M5 and again they responded well. But then I had to phone them for about 2 weeks everyday and they always had an excuse. Much later they returned the machine and everything was fine, they apologised. The machine broke again and on 13 November 2012 M5 once again collected it. It's been 2 and a half months now and I phone every week just to get more lame excuses about wrong parts and people not working there anymore that use to work on my machine. I'm very dissapointed in M5 Sports and Trojan equipment...
