Airconditioning full in freezing weathe

So you get to the gym at 5:45 and find that it is colder inside the gym than outside. You ask why this is the case and the front desk inform you that they will tend to it. The club manager on duty informs me that the airconditioning has been put on by the club manager's instruction. Something about the pool temperature.

There is one person in the pool, which is set at 28 degrees, while the other members are freezing and training with jackets and pullovers. When asked if they can please turn it off or to a reasonable temprature, we are informed that the pool needs to be heated.

Come on, one person in the pool and everyone else can get sick. The club manager is presumably sleeping, because there is no answer when called. It just shows that she really has her club members' concerns at heart.

Tessa Groenewald is a new club manager and does not have the decency to listen to club workers that have been there much longer and know the gym. She does also not answer her phone when called to assist club members in need of a reasonable temperature. Really? We need airconditioning on full blast at 6am in the morning when it is 3 degrees outside?

Come one VA, really need to up your game!
