I have been a member of virgin active for many years. And recently we were advised that our vitality benefit
will be cancelled end Dec 2012.And as at 01 Jan 2013 we will automatically be on a 1 year contract. I called multiply to find out how much it will cost me and to find out it works out alot. So i called Virgin mid dec 2012 and was advised that a 24 month contract will be cheaper for me so i did advise to sign up for 24 month contract telephonically. The agent advised it will be effective as at 01 Jan 2013.Today i call them wanted to cancel (just 2 weeks into the new contact) and they say i must pay a cancellation [URL Removed] guys i have been a loyal customer for years due to unforseen expenses i need to cancel my contract AFTER ALL IT IS ONLY 2 WEEKS INTO THE NEW CONTACT...
