We bought a Tumble dryer at Game in Witbank about a year and a half back. We had it a week and it broke, defy came and fixed it. So it broke again (the thermostat) they came and fixed it. Again it broke 2 times after that and they fixed it.by the 3rd time it broke we said we want our money back an they said no it won't happen again and and and. now it broke again. we phoned them 3 weeks ago and they came out and said they have to order a belt, till now we haven't heard from them. I've called this morning and the Service Manager said they will send some one out today. I told them that I want my money back because it's the 5th time it broke and what if it brakes again when the warranty is over this year? then it will be my problem? We paid the full Price for it and now we must struggle with it?
