Terrible Service

I bought a Defy tumble dryer, was quite happy with it.
Three weeks ago (21 June 2013) it broke (still under warranty). I phoned Defy to report it in order to get it fixed. I contacted them throughout the whole week, without any feedback to when someone will be able to come and fix it. Friday (28 June 2013) a technician came, had a look at the dryer (without actually opening it) and said it was some kind of belt, witch they didn't have in stock, and I had to wait 2-3 week for it.
I complained about the waiting time and after numerous phone calls they promised to come fix it today (10 July 2013).
The same technician came, opened it up and saw that it was a different model tumble dryer than he thought, and of course he didn't have the correct part with him.
He phoned the warehouse, and of course they do not have it in stock, so now I have to wait again.
It is now almost 3 weeks since I reported this, and I am still without a tumble dryer, AND it's under warranty.
This is unacceptable.
