IT HAS TAKEN A YEAR TO GET MY DISHWASHER FIXED

My dishwaser (6th sense aquasteam, ADP6949C) broke down in November 2012. Claremont Home Appliances originally tried to fix the machine (error code Fb) saying it was the on board computer that needed to be replaced. When the machine was still not fixed by March 2013, I contacted Whirlpool who handed the problem over to Cape Appliances. I eventually got the machine back and only had it for a few weeks when it broke down again with the same error code and same problem. Again Whirlpool had Cape Appliances take the machine away. They replaced the part and I got the machine back in May. I had only had it for a few days when it broke down AGAIN same error code, same problem. Again the machine was taken away. Reference number from Whirlpool is S304577. I got it back in June. Again a week down the line it broke again. I was then told "the filters were full of fat". I got it back again on Friday 27 September and on Monday 30 September it broke down again with THE SAME ERROR CODE AND THE SAME PROBLEM!! I have been trying since then to get a solution to this problem but whirlpool do not seem to care and they do not phone me back!! PLEASE HELP ME!!! I have spoken to Lizleen and Mabel
