Bought a chain as a gift last year. two weeks after, it broke. i got it repaired from them and PAID for it. About a week after it broke again. I asked for credit, the could not. i got a new one. Service was good till this time still. about 3 weeks after the new chain broke again. Sent in for quality test, report came back as customer damage. They repaired it again, after about 2-3 weeks it broke again.
Was sitting next to the person and she just moved it and it broke again, but they say its not quality, its customer damage.
They said they would put me in contact with the person that tested the item, still waiting. I dont believe its my job to follow up with them, have all the slips for repairs etc.
Really not happy with this.
