My account has be frauded and has a crazy credit

The last time I took clothing at Jet/Edgars was in September. I have the statement, so I went to Jet on the 06 of December 2013 in North Gate requesting for a statement because at that time I was stranded wanting a proof of address & I was told that my account was closed. I did not have time to re-activate it so I left & i went to Jet at Centurion mall on the 22/12/2013 wanting to take clothing. I was told my account was closed on the 10/12/2013 if I am not mistaken & then later re-activated on the same day & I had taken clothing worth close to R6000. Mind u I still have my card with me even now. I never did all that cancelling & re-activating. Can Jet tell me how this is done and why they allowed whoever did this to my account because even if this is someone who did on my account & name there is no way that this person confirmed all my security questions. Can you also investigate the store where this was done; I only use 2 jet stores Centurion mall or Mall@Reds. Check my record there Jet/Edgars I have never ever taken clothing more than R1000 I always take clothing that is less than R700 that is if I do take clothing on credit. Pls INVESTIGATE THIS & PAY IT UP.
