BEARES TAKES DAMAGED GOODS TO INCORRECT REPAIRER

I had a power surge in my house which caused my tv to fuse out. On the 3rd of April i took it in to Beares in Alexandra. Primrose was the woman i dealt with. She told me my tv would be collected to be take to the repair centre before the week was out. I called her and followed up on the 10th and she told me that it had been taken and it would be back probably by the end of the week. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. i called her again on the 17th and she advised that they had ordered a part and it had been delayed. i called again on the 24th and the story was still the same, parts delay and she wouldn't give me the name and number of the repairer. On the 26th i emailed customer care and they called me back on the 29th to tell me that my TV had been taken to the INCORRECT REPAIRER and now it has to GO BACK TO BEARES (Alexandra), FROM THERE, GET COLLECTED BY THE CORRECT REPAIRER (Powercare) AND THEN BROUGHT BACK. Of all this no one knows how long this will take and in the meantime i'm paying R712.00 for my pvr decoder. Is this the way Beares treats their customers. I did not give them any hassles when it came to paying them in FULL for the tv plus insurance, but i have to struggle to get it bac
