Refer to my complaint on Hello Peter dated 27 May 2013, the problem was supposed to be solved by NOW! Oh no! After Beares eventually collected the Lounge Suite end May 2013 - i am STILL paying for something don't even have! I've been contacting Tersia the MANAGER about twice a week ever since! NO JOY!!! Enough is enough now! The service is absolutely PATHETIC! All the excuses..."She's on Lunch ALWAYS" "She will contact you back NEVER" - How are we expected to keep on paying if we get NO service and the Lounge we are paying for is floating somewhere around in the warehouse! "Awesome I'd Say"
