Super BAD Service

My NEW Polaris lounge suit's arm rests started to sag. I spoke to Beares Middelburg Manager and with client services on 28 Feb 2013, who assured me that it will either be repaired or replaced under warranty. They will send someone to come and collect it. After numerous calls from my side the lounge suit was collected on 9th April 2013. No feedback was received from Beares. I phoned on 24th April, 25th April, 26th April, 30th of April and on 3rd May. A Jolene told me that the lounge suit was only send to the supplier between 26 and 30th of April. Nobody return my calls. I've left messages for the manager, he just doesn't seem to care. I try so speak to someone yesterday as well as today, the manager is on training and the 2ic is not returning my calls. We are pensioners, we are paying our account every month, but we don't get any assistance. In the meantime we have NO lounge suit to sit on and no one knows what is going on. I'm really desperate, I have never in my life experience such bad service, and I've been doing business with Beares for the best part of 40 years.
