I bought a lounge suite from Beares on 27/09/12. In the beginning of Dec. 2012 the fropnt piece of the armrest on the 3 seater came loose. I took it to Marinda at Beares, who was the salesperson. She promise to lodge my complaint with their head office. I also lodged the complaint on Beares's website. On 20 Dec. a seam on the 2 seater came loos and a piece of rope was hanging out. I took photo's and sent it to Beares and Ellerines. I have not yet heard anythin from either Marinda or Beares. The longe it takes the worser the problem gets.
Can you please help me in this matter.
