At the first wash one of the cushion covers for our suite came apart at the seams. We requested a replacement but the fabric used was out of stock so we were offered a full set of cushion covers in a similar colour but different fabric. We were happy with this :-) and asked how much it would cost us to purchase a set of covers for the actual sofa units. We were then told that Coricraft would replace the complete set of covers for the cushions and for the sofa units at their expense! This they duly did and delivered the covers to our home 8 days ahead of their promised delivery date. As senior citizens, we were particularly pleased with this level of service and professionalism.
