1st I had 2 wait 3months for my furniture to be collected and exchange now I must hear my account is in arrears. I went to the bank this morning to get a loan to my supriz they tell me I am in arrears with my joshua door account now I can't apply. Becoz of joshua door my life must be at a stand still!...I called in december to make arrangements to tell them I'm paying in cash directly n I did, the 31of dec I made a payment. I receieved numerous sms's to say I need to pay my account. When I called them and send the proof they said it shows on the statement, the lady stated its been lying on her desk the whole time, I mean seriously, why was it just laying there!!! they will capture it... so why has it not been captured and taken off from the system!!!..I want this sorted out ASAP!!!
