On 28 April 2012, we arrrived at Hi Fi Corp in Woodmead to purchase a Samsung Home Theatre system...
We were attended to by Mr Ben Nkosi... At the very outset, my husband and I found Mr Nkosi to be very friendly and offered immediately offered a product knowledge. We agreed to purchase the product at the advertised price of R1999.00. However, upon investigation, Mr Nkosi realised that the store did not have stock.
I was very unhappy as the Centurion branch had confirmed the previous day (27/04/2013) that the Woodmead branch has 4 units in stock. Mr Nkosi was very apologetic and informed us of the inter branch procedure, where we could pay at the branch we were at and collect at the branch that had the stock, for future reference. Mr Nkosi was also very sympathetic to the fact the we had been travelling around Gauteng to try and get this system.
I mentioned by disappointment and proceeded to leave the store. Mr Nkosi then called back to us and asked us to wait a while and after about 10 minutes, and I cannot explain how, but Mr Nkosi managed to get the HT System much to our surprise.
So, once again THANK YOU BEN for a A 1 Service with a smile!!
