Alcohol in return for good service

Six months after purchased a printer from Incredible it started leaking bleu ink.
I returned the printer on 13 April for repairs. This meant that my business could not print any quotations or invoices for the next 14 working days. I phoned the store and asked if a loan unit could be organizes at first I was told NO but later one of the staff agreed to a loan unit if I bring them alcohol. I collected the loan and was asked why I did not bring any alcohol. The loan printer never worked.
On the 23 April my printer was repaired and ready for collection. As I returned to the office I noticed blue ink had leaked all over my new vehicles upholstery, I was furious and contacted the store. I was told in a very rude tone by store manageress Gabriella that they won't take responsibility for the ink on my vehicles upholstery and that I had to bring in the unit again as they could not collect the unit.
I phoned head office on Thursday and was informed me that a senior manager from head office will contact me within 24 hours and the matter was left with the branch to sort out. Friday afternoon I phoned the head office again because their senior manager did not attend to my complaint.
