I bought a very reasonably priced camera at IC last week Monday. When I got home I discovered that there was no battery in the box. I only managed to return to the store yesterday (Friday). The sales assistant was exceptionally friendly and helpful and tried to find me another camera but unfortunately the model I bought had already sold out. Then he tried to find me a generic battery, which also didn't work. Eventually he and the manager decided to give me another camera that was better quality and more expensive without charging me extra. I had explained to them that I needed the camera urgently and couldn't wait for them to receive one from another branch. They were incredibly kind and accommodating and I want to thank them for the fine service and for going the extra mile!
