My handbag was last year December and I phone to block it and also to send me a replacement card. I waited for 3 months and I phone again, found out that they never changed my postal address, so I gave them the new address. I was told again 3 to 6 weeks and I m still waiting. Have also send them several emails to find out where the card is, but no one phones back to give me the information that I asked for.
I really cant be patient anymore.
