I like to share this incredible experience that I had with one of you employees. We had an insurance claim on a camera that we bought from incredible connection a few years ago. So I had to get a quote form a store. We stay far from JHB, so I phoned the East Rand Mall branch and Tubatsi Moloi (861800) helped me, and I ask him to email me a quote on the camera. He said that you do not stock that make any more and will do a quote on the replacement. What amazed me was that I got this quote in 5 min time. I send it through to my insurer and the wanted an motivation why the previous camera was replace and if this is the right one. I again phone Tubatsi, and he email me in a few minutes time a motivation. I was so surprised, I never received such an quick response before. Thubatsi was very friendly, and polite and punctuate. When the insurance paid the money to me, we went to East Rand Mall and I met Thubatsi, he helped me and I bought the camera. This was an pleasantly experience that I had with Thubatsi, I could have bought this camera at any other place maybe for cheaper, but because Thubatsi helped me in such a way, I had to buy it from him
